When we are on in a relationship we sometime forget that we are not alone and we have to be considered. here are some tips on how to be in a healthy relationship.

1. Relationship is for two people.

Don’t forget you are not alone in your relationship if you having a bad day you should expect for support from you love one exactly as he or she expect to get it back. If both have a bad day try to be the one who see thing in positive light.

Always be there for you partner, this is the true mining of being together.

2. Work on you relationship.

Don’t take you relationship as granted, always try to break your daily routine by surprising your love one with lunch at work, flowers in the evening or breakfast in the bad. Sometime the small gift and personal attention is better the big event or even from romantic vacation.

3. Spend time together.

It's important to spend time as a couple and have a "quality time" alone without kids pets or family just you two.

4. Time for yourself.

don’t forget to spend time separately witch can be vital for your relationship. Everybody feel that he need to spend some time alone or have a change in his social life, its ok to let you love one to spend time with his or her friends, family and even alone without you being there.

5. don’t expect for changes.

Don’t try to change a person, because you just can't do it. The only affect that you will achieve by trying to change a person is frustration by you and frustration by the person you trying to change.

Instead of changing people try to adjust yourself on cousin other people to react differently to you.

6. Respect your partner.

Treating your love one with respect is likely to get you the same in return. For example: When you say, “I love you,” pause for a moment to really mean it. Let you partner know that you care for him or her and always be honest with him or her.
